About Us

TOO АЛУА (Alua LLP) is a specialized engineering company delivering a full range of piling works and trenchless utility installation across Kazakhstan. Founded in 1999 and licensed for specialized foundation works since 2004, the company became one of the pioneers of CFA technology in Kazakhstan. We execute projects of any complexity — from residential foundation systems to large-scale industrial infrastructure.

Our own fleet of 28+ specialized machines from world-leading manufacturers — Soilmec, Liebherr, Delmag, MAIT, SANY — ensures independence from subcontractors and guarantees schedule compliance. Every project is supervised by qualified engineers with full quality documentation.

Over 140 companies — major developers, general contractors, and government entities in Kazakhstan — have chosen us as a reliable partner for mission-critical construction projects. The company's portfolio includes 24 completed trenchless utility installation projects.

Alua LLP operates under State License No. 015231 dated June 10, 2004. Category II — unlimited term. In addition, Alua LLP has the capability to lay utility lines by drilling under roads and other obstacles where open excavation is not feasible. These works are carried out using equipment manufactured in the USA and Russia. Alua LLP has established partnerships with various similar companies and can involve them in piling projects when necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum pile depth and diameter?

CFA piles: up to 35 m. DDS piles with an enlarged base: up to 42 m. Diameter 400–1500 mm for standard CFA piles, up to 2000 mm for reinforcement cages. Depth and diameter are selected based on geology and design loads.

Do you work outside Almaty?

Yes. We have completed projects across Kazakhstan — Astana, Pavlodar, Karaganda, Shymkent, Taldykorgan, Kapchagay, Ekibastuz, Sharara, Zhambyl region and Almaty region.

Which trenchless utility-installation methods do you use?

Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) up to 300 m, Ø 400 mm, and controlled puncture. Work is done without opening the road surface or stopping traffic.

Do you have a license and certificates?

State License No. 015231 dated 10 June 2004, Category II, unlimited term. We deliver every project with a full set of as-built documentation and engineering supervision on site.

How many projects have you completed?

Since 1999 we have completed over 250 pile-foundation and trenchless utility-installation projects for Kazakhstan's largest developers, general contractors and state entities.

Do you offer turnkey projects?

Yes. Full cycle — from geotechnical survey and design to handover with as-built documentation. One contract, one point of responsibility.
